Don't bother with them!!

Heard the advert on radio and decided to try them out. Website allows a time slot booking which does not matter because I booked between 10am-11am. They then inform me that I must wait for them between 9am -3pm. That is a 6 hour window!! Why bother with time slots in the first place!!! Then to add to that, I wait and no one bothers to come or inform me that anyone cannot make it. Waste of time and pathetically poor service!!!
