Thanks HIC!

I never thought I would have anything positive to say about an insurance company, but I will give credit where it is due. We joined up with HIC a few years ago in order to insure our small hospitality business as well as 1 vehicle. We have had less than a handful of claims during that time, but each time the process was quick and painless, we provided the info and any proof requested and there was never any complaining from HIC or haggling about costs or dragging out the process - usually within a week or max 2 we were paid out in full (less a minimal excess charge) and we could get on with our lives and our business.

I have the misfortune of belonging to another insurance company for our farming side (no names mentioned, but they were established in 1845...) and that company is absolutely pathetic, taking weeks to respond, arguing with us for months and trying to pay out as little as possible. That is not HIC, and I sincerely hope that your company will be adding agriculture and farming enterprises to your portfolio soon as I will gladly leave my other insurance provider and transfer EVERYTHING across, including all my vehicles, to HIC.
