Hibon Lodge - Magaliesberg

I booked for a night at the Hibon Lodge in Magaliesberg on bookings.com. upon arrival, there was no way to access the property. I called the number on the signage and a guy answered informing me there was no one on the property to help me. He further informed me that the lodge was fully booked and that he would refund me due up them being fully booked. He gave me an email address which I emailed in order to arrange for the refund and I have not received a response. Further, I am unable to receive any assistance from bookings.com. this place appears to be a ****.
