HCM OFFICER ON CELLPHONE &WRECKLESS DRIVING

I was en route to CTM T THURSDAY 30 MAY about 13h00...? HCM FIRE RESCUE DRIVER WAS ON HIS CELLPHONE AND WHEN THE ROAD WAS CLEAR I PASSED HIM WHILE ON THE SPEED LIMIT AND WHERE THE ROAD CHANGED TO SINGLE LANE HE WAS SPEEDING AND TURNED INTO N O S P A C E LEFT IN FRONT OF ME. FORCED ME OF THE ROAD.....A RESCUE VEHICLE!!!! i immediately contacted the tel no on the vehicle ***. The receptionist had no idea to whom to connect me with and also said their was absolutely nobody in office.....emergency department with nobody in office. I tried to explain I need to report wreckless driver and she just gave me cold shoulder refused to connect me...i requested her name she also refused to give me her name. This is absolutely unacceptable...is this the example that suppose to be responsible emergency officers excercise??? Welcome to new SA hmmmm. Then the question is asked why the public has no respect for officers?? Skreiende skande die voorbeeld wat aan ons gestel word....as die man mt nou verongeluk het...sou hy net eenvoudig weggery het. Sulke mense moet verwyder word uit verantwoordelike posissies. Hulle standaarde is skokkend!!!!
