Unacceptable service of Hibiscus Brake and Clutch

My Landrover Defender clutch was giving problems and i took it to Ravi at Hibiscus Brake and clutch in Uvongo to fix the clutch. He opened it and said that the clutch plate, pressure plate, thrust bearing is damaged. I bought the spares and he put it in. Two days driving the landrover the same problem occur again that i took it to him in the first place. I bought spares again and before i can get my landrover the friday he informed me that the noise etc is the same problem again. They opened the gearbox again i asked another mechanic to come and have a look for me a second opinion. He came and point out that the fly wheel was damaged. Ravi is suppose to be an expert in this field and was suppose to identify why clutch plate was damage each time before putting new spares in. He stands on his point that he professionally put the new parts in but the other mechanic immediately pointed out that the flywheel was the source of the problem damaging clutch each time!. If he was truly an expert he would've been able to identify the source of the problem!!!!! He refuses to take responsibility and say do what you have to take me court! So my car is standing there over a month outside without an engine and gearbox because he expects the clutch kit again for the 3rd time and i am losing money each day not being able to work over a month!
