The most incredibly bad management.

I have been trying to get Fozia, (who is the MANAGER!!!!) to get back to me regarding getting our pipes fixed that were magically not under warranty even though we were within the warrantee period. Read the fine print!!!! It has taken nearly 6 months to get them out, fixed the pipes, had to pay R2000 for a CALL OUT fee, and then once they left, a shooting stream of water came off my roof. That was in September. It is November and I am still waiting for them to get back to me regarding fixing that one thing. Fozia NEVER returns calls, emails or whatsapp. Don't EVER get pool heating through them. They are a ridiculous company.
