Poor Quality, shocking customer service, R2000 call out fee (under Wararnty)

They advertise quality work with 12 years of warranty but after 2 years the pipes started leaking. When I contacted them thinking that I have a 12 year warranty, they sent a quote of R2000!!! (call out fee) which is insane and double the amount I paid for the installation. Laid a complained with ombudsman and awaiting feedback. STAY AWAY
