At first I was happy with install and service but since then I have found that their heat pump was not installed according legal safety regulations and the layout of the install is inefficient which shows that they do not know how to install a heat pump correctly. 1. They removed the existing temp/pressure safety valve and did not replace it with the required solar system compatible valve. 2. They installed the mixing valve close the the cylinder with no insulation on the return pipe causing massive heat loss and inefficiency. The mixing valve should be installed close to the heat pump to ensure efficient recirculation of heated water. They have effectively installed a cooling loop. Idiots!!! This probably why I have seen limited saving on my electricity bill since installing the heat pump.
