Hi-Temp - Worst Service

This is the worst service I have ever received. They requested that we pay the quotation amount before they can come out to do the repairs. The payment was made and their booking department scheduled a day to do the repairs. A full month after payment has been made, they still haven't done the repairs. When you phone them demanding they come out to do their job that they should have done a month ago, they tell you they will TRY.
