Hi Temp Solar - do not trust

I was quoted R3,795 by Hi Temp Solar on 18 August 2021 for a technician to reconnect my pool’s solar panels. I paid this amount in full, and when the technician arrived he said he couldn’t do the job and they would refund me. After at least 20 phone calls to them where they came up with various excuses such as director has to authorize, or payment processed and waiting for authorization, or payment has been made and will reflect on your bank the next day, etc etc, I am still waiting for a refund. I phoned and spoke to Fozia, as well as many other people. This company belongs to the Home-Tech group of companies. This is outright ***** and should not be tolerated.
