HI TEMP POOR SERVICE

Hi Temp has the poorest after sales service we have ever experienced. The maintenance team came out last year to fix the clips on our pool solar panel. We were billed for repairs and complete maintenance of the system. This was done after 6 years that they installed the system. Then 3 months ago, the same side of the panel gave way. We tried calling and leaving messages. Apparently Fosia is the only person who could help but she was never around whenever we called and none of the calls were returned. Eventually we found another number that went to Sharad. He was in sales but he said he will assist, we should leave it with him. (this was after we explained the run around we are given). He panned out none the better. Three weeks later he then tells us that is not his job, he is in sales. He then gives us Fosia's details again. We tried to explain, that this is where we were over 3 weeks ago. Eventually we started calling to get hold of Fosia. We finally make contact with Fosia and she acknowledges the complaint tele-phonically. An hour later we get a bill for R 2200 again for the same clips that was replaced. We then called to explain that we just had them replaced and paid for so why are we being charged again. She said OK, she will sort it out and promised to send the guys over on 14 December 2021. To date I cannot get hold of her again and still no show from anyone from Maintenance. I am terribly dissappointed with their service.
