*****ed and devious company

I contacted Allister a sales rep. He gave me a quotation, i accepted the quotation and paid the full amount. I the arrange a courier for collection. After receiving the items I contacted my swimming pool specialist. He informed me that the grommets that link the pvc pipes is poor quality and would not last in the hot sun. I arranged with Allister & Fazia to return the items, they agreed but convinced me to rather pay in the difference for the other model solar panels. I agreed, after the courier again and the swimming pool specialist it was worst. The grommets are the same quality and the pvc elbows bend when trying to connect. I phoned Fazia and she agreed that I can return it. I drove 350km the same day to return the items. She said she will refund me while I am there, this did not happen. Every day there was other excuses but eventually I received a proof of payment. 25% admin fee was deducted. I spoke to Allister the rep he confirmed that it is not his work to inform the clients regarding the terms and conditions. I then asked him where can I find the T&C he then directed me to their website. Allister and Fazia not once informed me regarding the T&C nor the admin fee applicable. I am struggling to obtain feedback, just empty promises.
