Ricardo Leaner is a Con Artist for building plans

Ricardo Leaner promised us that he would draw up our plans for extending our house. He has taken money from us and have drawn up the relevant plans. However he has never submitted the plans to council and he has in effect run away with our money as well as our final plans. He does not answer his cellphone when we try to get into contact with him. The last we heard of him was when he told us that he is in Mossel Bay and will get back to us once he is in Cape Town again.
