Worst service at Hi tech auto Groblersdal

The worst service i have ever received in my entire existence.first, I get there and after explaining the issue with my car, they start ripping my car open without giving me a qoutation . 20 minutes later i ask for a chair because i have been on my feet the whole time and i get told that they don't have chair and referred to a dirty sofa on the reception area. When i get given the final amount to pay, i get told the card machine does not work and i have to walk close to a kn to go withdraw cash, which i refused to do for safety reasons. Now at this point the staff is mocking me for being scared of crime. I suggest that i transfer the money to their account, the reception guy tells me their account was closed( which is highly unlikely). I finally suggest that they get one of their employees to drive me to the mall to get the cash which they reluctantly agree to. When i comeback i find an old Afrikaans man paying for goods using the NON WORKING card machine, i ask what is happening and reception guy sarcastically tells me the card machine decided to work. Upon angrily asking how this business works, someone in the vicinity tells me that they usually don't take card transactions for black people because they don't trust them.
