As a New Venture Creation business Coach to entrepreneurs, I am very sensitive to the way I am treated as a consumer by vendors in general, as business is supposed to be about PEOPLE looking for value. As a consumer in South Africa, my response to customer service is mostly one of DISAPPOINTMENT and frustration (which I believe we all have grown too accustomed to...) My point being that I hardly ever bother to complain about the norm any more.<br> <br> I recently set out to find parts for a Bosch starter motor. Not a single one of the branded dealers I phoned (including Bosch Auto Services and Repairs in Centurion) even responded with a quote and availability on the parts as per my request!<br> <br> BUT: I was referred to Hi Tech Auto Electrical ***ned by Stefano) and was assisted by Daniel. Daniel responded with a quote within minutes and had the parts available in a jiffy - and at a good price too.<br> In a brief conversation with Daniel, while I was there to collect the parts, I said to myself: These guys understand the VALUE of doing BUSINESS with PEOPLE!<br> So, THANK YOU!!<br> I wish you all success...<br> <br> A PEOPLE happy about your service.
