12 Oct 2023, 14:02Good day Valma, unfortunately the company has a strict 30-day refund policy for any debit orders, this due to previous clients reversing debit orders after refunds was done, not saying you would. Your debit order went off on 01 September 2023 and was loaded to be refunded on 13th October 2023, but was duly released yesterday. I in no way can see how this was four months.
