Honor phones

I bought honor lite 90 cellphones with hi store in festival mall Kempton park using my voucher from claims instance under TFG group the Honor cell phone was coming with smart phones as package only to find that the charger cable of the smart phone is not working realising after battery died I went to exact in church square Pretoria to inquire since is the group as they also have Hi mini store inside they assist me checking if what it my went wrong only to find that the smart phone cable has got factory fault is not charging they advice me to go back to HI we're I purchase the phone to assist me I went there they told me that the is nothing they can do since the smart phone was gift so they can't help me but I bought it as package it come with Honor phone I tried to send an email to Honor directly they don't respond I advice people not to buy Honor it comes with problems and after you purchase they can't assist you especially HI store in Festival mall Kempton park
