Poor Customer Service

Took my vehicle for repairs to left front and back door. The vehicle was left there for more than two weeks. Full payment was made in order to them to get the vehicle parts required well in advance. I made arrangements to collect the vehicle on a set date. When I arrived my vehicle was not finished. I was told that it is the fault of the receptionist. This business does not want to take accountability for anything that goes wrong. It is the second week where I must follow up with them regarding the outstanding parts and yet again it is now the suppliers fault. THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTENT.
