Worst mechanical assistance EVER!!!!!!!!

Our vehicle needed the front wheel bearing passenger side replaced. Googled Hi-Q Montana and because they had good reviews decided to take the vehicle there. 1st visit, mechanic Adriaan agrees the front passenger side needs to be replaced, but says it makes more sense to replace both. We agree, vehicle is booked in for the following day Wednesday 30/07/25. We get the vehicle back with a report everything good, both wheel bearings sorted. My husband decides to check the wheels make sure everything is good. Meanwhile a nut was replaced, mind you we were not informed, wheel spanner does not fit. This is the wheel bearing that had no issues. My husband contacts a lady Maudelize Viviers, and honestly, she was amazing. Excellent service from her. We agree he will come in Saturday 02/08/25 this is only to replace the nut with the correct one. Quick job? Nope, t2 threads and nuts damaged- 3-4 hours later, the keys are handed back to my husband. Car is 100% as per mechanic Adriaan. My husband drives the car a short while and hears funny sounds coming from the wheel. Goes and check, 1 nut missing the other one not tightened. We told bring car back Monday 4/08/25, which we do, we then get told collect vehicle everything 100%. Drive vehicle a short distance and the sound that came out of that wheel was scary, and embarrassing. Metal on metal. Bear in mind there was no sounds coming from that wheel originally. That wheel was fine. Once again back to Hi-Q Montana Tuesday 05/08/25 the following day. The manager is now included in this saga. All good, leave car once again, apparently the dust cover was the problem, and now not even 2 days later. Same Problem. 07/08/2025. How do you give a vehicle back with the incorrect nut fitted, and you don't inform the client and then further mess up a perfectly good wheel that had no issues? My car has never been worked on by anyone else but professionals. We never had issues until Hi-Q Montana. TRUST is broken. How do I take a car back again? And no brake pads were checked with the major service done and it was still 60% front and 80% back play left.
