Workers forcing tips out of customers

Had the worst experience today at Hi-Q westgate. Came in to change two tyres and everything was fine. Then ppl helping me wants to force a tip out of me. This is the second time this happens. Will never return to Hi-Q. And will definitely let ppl know that they should never us Hi-Q.
