Vivian Hi Q Phoenix

Very bad service, my Nissan 4X4 vehicle went in for alignment settings, came off the work bay worse without the rear toe angle set. Went back to Vivian and he became very arrogant. Disappointing to see such uncouth behavior telling myself and my elderly dad to F@#k off from his driveway and refused to listen to the issue from me, telling me that he doesn't have to listen to me and his alignment is correct . I Had a second opinion from another alignment centre shows that Vivian's alignment tech didn't even set the rear toe which was causing the vehicle to sway while driving ( causing vehicle to crab while driving) . Vivian refused to admit that his technician was at fault and was blind enough not to look at or acknowledge the rear toe was out of spec ( excessive positive toe in), which I was polite enough to point out . With myself being a Qualified technician by trade, I could see the difference in the reports. He also pulled his report from the table, proceeded to squash and dispose into the dustbin. I feel as a paying client very disrespected. He refused to listen to the issue of the vehicle and blamed it on our repair workmanship. VIVIAN AFTER RESETTING MY ALLIGNMENT BY TIRES AND MORE , MY VEHICLE NOW DRIVES PERFECT. DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMENDED!!! I have videos of Vivian using vulgarity and also his full response when I went back with evidence of his poor workmanship.
