Utterly bad service

The Brackenfell store's service is absolutely pathetic. I was there this morning, stood there waiting for nearly 5 five minutes for someone to help me. There was one car being serviced, the workers were lingering around doing nothing, except ignoring me. And the best part, this isn't evens the first time it has happend. This is why I tell people to either use the Supa Quick on the opposite side, even if they're a little expensive.
