Tyresurance - Misleading advertising

I had 2 new tyres fitted and submitted details online for free tyre insurance as posted on the website.

The reply email said that the branch I purchased from was not a participant in the programme; this was not displayed anywhere on the website and I received no notification at the branch that the Tyresurance was not applicable or available.

If I had known beforehand I would have gone somewhere else; Hi-Q, you've just lost a customer. You will not see me again.
