Tyers insurance claim

So i went t HI Q polokwane to assist me on claims for my 2 tyers. I told the guy i have n policy with motorite and they need them to contact them with my claim he told me no , he can only give me n quote and i need to do the rest. 200km from town i do stay. So i send my quote to motorite and they advise me that the branch need to contact them and log the claim. So i phoned HI Q ellisras. Very friendly told me i need to bring in the tyers and they wil log the claims ex. I did not yet have the time to drove there , my point is if HI Q polokwane wanted to assist me this was not a problem. But i believe it was to much of trouble to help us.

It cost me a lot to drive into town.
