Treated badly

Took my car for wheel alignment and on my way back home the car was moving side by side and went back to them.I explained what was happening with the car, two staff members put it on the lift to check it and they told me that one bolt joint is damaged. I asked them how as the car was not like that.one guy said I brought it damaged and I asked them why did they do alignment if it was faulty, he then said to me I go to police station to report or call whoever I wanna call and I should go away they will refund me.when I try to talk to his colleague he kept on interrupting and say I must go. Thanks to the manager by the name of Koos who took his time and thoroughly check what could be the exact problem on the car. He found that the bolt joint was loose and not damaged as the two guys claimed it was. I regret taking my car there as some people don't wanna account for their mistakes and don't do their jobs properly as I was treated badly.
