They got my car damaged!

<p>On Saturday the 24/06/17 I took my car to Hi-Q Witbank Branch for wheel alignment and balancing because it was vibrating and not moving straight.It took them almost an hour for them to do it but the car wasn't aligned as they confirmed that the alignment was fine.So they only balanced the car.As they were busy with the car,two of the guys who were busy with it called me to come see what causes the vibration of the car..they told me to check under the car and showed me the cv rubber boots which according to them are worn out and need to be replaced ,and then the third guy who was working with them disagreed and said I shouldn't listen to that.And then they were done doing whatever they did with the car and they said it was fine..then I paid and left.<br />I had to drive to Polokwane..on my way there..I realized that the car was still vibrating and there was something that was crawling under the car and there was a smell of a burning tire..as I stopped to check I realized that the mud guards as well as the front tires were seriously burnt ,the bottom engine splash shield was also burnt on the sides and was crawling on the road.I had to completely remove it as it was already damaged.<br />On Tuesday the 27th I called them and addressed the problem even emailed the pictures to them,I spoke to Theo who asked me to bring the car back to them but I couldn't as I stay in Roodepoort ,so he referred me to Hi-Q in Roodepoort,I took the car there on Friday the 30th.They rebalanced it and told me the problem the car was vibrating is because my rims are bended.That's my problem I'll get it sorted ,and then I called Hi-Q Witbank again today to get a way forward as they damaged my car but Theo told me they're not responsible for the damage ,especially for the front engine splash shield as they never touched it.But it's funny how it got burnt I mean how do the front wheels move forward to even touch the bottom engine splash shield and my car is still new and only did 30 000 on the clock?</p>
