theft by default

Hi all. in short had parts replaced and bakkie was up for diff and repairs saw that parts that should have been new were not. I paid for the new parts. management made out that it was the worker that done his own thing. worker said they never had in stock but management told to reassemble as old part looks good still. offered me a free wheel alignment to say sorry. not on Its theft.
