Shocking Service

Bought tires from Edenvale, claim to insure the tyres- had a blow out in Beaufort West- No Hi Q dealer in that town, we phoned as we had the insurance and are told get the tyre wherever we can. Now claim is refused because we didn’t use a Hi Q dealership! THEY DONT HAVE ONE IN BEAUFORT WEST?????? Edenvale branch where tyres were bought abdicate any responsibility, shocking service- Lies and false promises.....shall be spreading the word!
