Shocking service

I visited their branch in Edenvale and payed for 4 new tyres.Subsequent to fitment I wanted to discuss certain inconsistencies regarding the fitment of the tyres.So I left a message at their Kempton Park branch during the early course of this week,6 November 2017,as I was informed at the Edenvale branch that thats their head office number.Nowone answered and thus I left a message.Nowone bothered to return the call.I logged into their website a day later,and under General Enquiries I filled out the form requesting that they contact me,however,once again nowone bothered to respond.

They have a professionally designed website although they dont offer any after fitment service.They also inform interested parties wanting to fit tyres that they offer TyreSurance,which has benefits.Its ludicrous that they offer such a service although if a person wanted to claim for damaged tyred etc they wouldnt even bother to respond.What pathetic service!!!
