Sava tyres delaminating

In December 2013 I took my trailer to Hi Q to have 2 tyres fitted. I was in East London on holiday from the North West. In December 2014, en route to East london on holiday, one of the tyres delaminated near Bloemfontein in a storm. I had to stop in the rain and fit the spare tyre. When I reached East London I took the tyre back to Hi-Q, who initially did not want to help me as I did not have the original invoice. After some words they agreed to lodge a claim as the tyre was clearly defective. They undertook to contact me regarding the refund as soon as they recieved it from the supplier. To date I have not heard from Hi-Q, and to add insult to injury, the second tyre delaminated as well over the easter weekend.<br> I want a refund for the defective tyres. If tyres from this batch have been fitted to passenger vehicles they could be life threatening. The supplier should recall them.
