Its not often that one has such a pleasant experience with a service company<br> <br> I pulled into the tyre yard to have a slow puncture fixed. The guys from Hi-Q found the error immediately. However they did not have the correct plugs to fix my tyre. Instead of trying to fix it or trying to sell me a new tyre they said why don't i go down the road to the competition that have the right plugs.<br> <br> I did, got it fixed and am back on the road. I will definitely go back to them next time when I need to purchase a new tyre or two!<br> <br> It was a great experience and made my day! Great to be South African. <br> <br>
