Potential Killers!!! beware this company!

I had new tyres fitted at Hi Q Dastek. When I collected my car and drove off I felt something was wrong and the car was shaking violently. I stopped at the closest garage and had the tyres checked. The front tyres were pumped 2.8 and 2.1 The back tyres were pumped 1.5 and 2 bar. I phoned Xavier at Hi Q Dastek and asked him what the hell just happened. He said he will get back to me soon - Im still waiting for his phonecall. I drove back to the Eastern Cape and still had a shudder in my car. I took it in to Hi Q Graaff Reinet and upon inspection the found that there were wheel nuts missing. Again I phoned Xavier who still owes me my phonecall regarding the tyre pressure. He expressed his shock in learning that some of the wheel nuts were missing and said he will escalate the matter and get the owner/manager to phone me urgently. Its been 2 weeks and counting and not a single phone call to explain the situation. This is just horrible service from a company that I trust with my life. Are you trying to kill me and get away with it? You should rather join the ANC government with service delivery like this and to crown it all - very bad after service even after I reached out twice.
