Poorly Trained Working crew

I took my Vehicle in for Front Strut Renewals also had Front Tyres replaced fitting of new struts on the springs caused a long delay. Both Brian and his Boss where well aware my car was going in for a Service next day. So I leave the garage with new struts two new Tyres after having wheel alignment done. <br> The service picked up worn lower ball joints (should of been picked up on the alignment day before) after I got my car back from service noticed vibration through steering column. Took a drive back to Hi-Q East Coast Tyres in Pinetown to have alignment rechecked they unable to do so Computer problem. Took Car to another garage adjustments made to alignment. In discussion with the people their decided to have wheels balanced. it was found wheels out of round (should of been picked up at (East Coast Tyres) we then had the best 2 wheels of the four put on the front with the new tyres. no noticeable vibration noted after this was done. <br> <br> The Hi-Q garage in question seriously lacks professionalism in there day to day activities with the current stock of people. I would not recommend this branch for proper alignment or wheel checking. Unfortunate experience for me.
