Poor work Workmanship not checked

Took a tyre and a rim to Hi-Q Umhlanga Rocks Drive. I did inform the person on duty Saturday 27 July, that if the tyre had a problem, I would be back, lo and behold, after paying an exorbitant R120 for this swop, the workmanship was not even checked, a broken rubber valve was not replaced. I ended up taking it back with my own valve, very shoddy workmanship.
