PATHETIC SERVICE/ UNWILLING TO ASSIST.

I visited HI Q today at about 16:50pm,to get assisted with un-tightening my lock nut As soon as I drove straight in and Mohammad at the counter says “we are closed” without any explanation from me Finally I explained my at what I wanted to be assisted with. His response was “we only do mushrooms plugs”. I said ok cool, I have my own other plug to be inserted, I even offered to do this myself- Mohammad refused this option.(note I arrived there at 16:50 and stood with him for 10minutes a job that would have been completed in that time) Mohammed then explained about the cameras and the owner watching. I then said ok help me remove the lock nut I’ll do it myself at the garage. My mag tyre came off, and the spare was put back on for me drive off. I then asked Mohammad how much will this cost, His reply was R25, I said ok cool.I then took out my card to pay.Mohammad had another issue with his card machine not work and I had no cash on me. I then said should I drive to the Centre and go with one of the employee for them to come back with the R25 his response was “Please” My reply was “you want me to trust you with my Mag wheel for R25 (suggested that I leave the rim there) Yet he couldn’t let me walk out from HI-Q (after I explained where I work,which was in the center) When I got to a garage, I began to remove the piece of wire that was still stuck in my tyre, while doing so a random person by the name of Akeim who works a Nissan Datch Centre in Pinetown stoped his vehicle,parked off and offered his assistance which he did a great job. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND HI Q CHATSWORTH TO ANY ONE WITH THEIR PHATHETIC SERVICE THAT I RECEIVED-AND WILL NOT RETURN TO THAT HI Q IN CHATSWORH
