Overtight wheel nuts

I went to the Greystone Rustenburg branch in December to have my shocks replaced. The technician used a compressor gun to take out the wheel nuts. I warned him not to do this and said he must use a wheel spanner to put them back which he didn't do. I cannot loosen them. If the threads strip you will replace them.
