Over sell and under deliver.

Hi-Q Bellville First and last time using Hi-q. I asked for a exhaust box and was given 2 options, Mild steel or Steyn less steel. I opted for Ss as I want the box to last.

I payed more for the Ss box than the Mild would have been only to have the box rusting and full of weld splatter 3 weeks later.

I went back to Neville ("The Manager " @Bellville)

After weeks of me calling daily only to get told by Neville "I will call you back and sort you out", Then blaming it on Tuffex (Amazing company the reason I went to Hi-q was because I knew they use Tuffex) Neville does not call back not once.

Only to find out they weld Ss boxes with mild steel wire.

So in short they Upsell you on the Ss box then weld it with mild steel (Shocking welding splatter all over) so it will rust as quickly as the mild would.

Neville because of your service and teams wormanship I will go out of my way to convince future victims never to use Hi-q.
