Not interested!!

I found myself in a bit of a predicament today. On my way to work, I discovered that I had picked up bolt protruding from my Left rear tyre.

However, I was still able to drive my car so I made way to HiQ, 56 Constantia Main Rd, Wynberg. Upon arrival at 7:45, I was so happy that they were open. I then proceeded to speak to Mr Kashif Okhuizen, who was at the front desk. I asked Mr Kashif Okhuizen if someone was able to help me. Mr Kashif Okhuizen’s response was that of someone who just not interested, saying that no one was available.

I then asked if he could assist, Mr Kashif Okhuizen then made up some excuse by saying that there was no one to answer the phones. As if Mr Kashif Okhuizen was expecting a multitude of phone calls. Mr Kashif Okhuizen’s attitude was extremely rude and uncaring.

If HiQ treat all their customers this way I’m surprised they’re still in business and I’m sure they won’t be in business for long I’ll spread the word about the dismal customer service
