New shocks gone bad

I took my 2001 Fiat Siena in for new front shocks, because the old ones seized. After collection of my vehicle on Wednesday 11 November, there was a rumbling and clucking sound from the front end of the car. I immediately called the branch and complained about the noise. I had to return the car the next day, so I did. They delivered the car to me at my workplace and assured me that the new shock was replaced with another new one. On driving home, the noise was even worse than before and on Friday morning I phoned the branch again. They collected the car an hour later and delivered it again later the same day. While driving the car over the weekend, the clucking sound returned. I need my car fixed and cannot drive it in that state. The guy delivering the car told me the bolts was getting loose while driving. Who can help me? It feels I'm fighting a losing battle!
