Manager to show compassion rather than being rude

Poor customer service from the branch manager.i was embarrassed by the manager who rejected in having my car suspension checked just because I purchased the tyres from a different franchise and recent repairs was done by a mechanic that was happy to provide a service at lower cost..this manager erected a security chain to prevent my vehicle from being checked if offered to pay the fee for suspension check but rudely told to go back where I came from
