Just really good customer service

My son freighted a car down for my daughter, but on arrival the car battery was flat. Forewarned, we tried to jump start the car, but the battery was too far gone. Hi-Q loaned us a battery and sent a technician out to fit it as we lacked the special tool the French model car required. Tech then traveled back with my daughter to make sure nothing happened and to arrange for proper battery to be installed. Prompt, friendly, helpful - just what we've come to expect from this branch over the past 7 years.
