Horrible service

I booked in my car for wheel balancing and alignment,and they opened the boot for a spare tyre without asking my approval. When i get home,i took out my laptop back from the boot and only to find out that my laptop screen is cracked. The following day i went back to them and complain regarding the incident,but the manager was rude and irresponsible. I regret for choosing Hi Q Bryanstone for service.
