Honest and Amazing Service !

I took my Jeep for new Disks, brake pads front and rear since I though these were faulty due to excessive noise and very worrying noises coming from the front. Hi-Q quoted me around 7K for new parts. I accepted and returned an hour later realising I had left something behind in the car. I was then told by Hi-Q nothing was wrong with the brakes, they had cancelled the order and proceeded removing dust and cleaning my brakes. The found the cause for the noise that I was hearing and also fixed that. Amazing to get such honest service from anyone, that turns down business in favour of customer satisfaction. Amazing dealing with these guys. Well Done !
