HiQ ******, ***ists and terrible customer service

I am disappointed and disgusted with HiQ Bela-Bela, as they constantly make me and my wife regret going to them and then having to drive to their competitor's in another town (Modimole) On the 12th of this month (November) my wife went to purchase brand new all terrain tyres for our Hilux. And as my wife was pulling up the ramps to get full set of tyres she was rudely sworn at by the staff and they made ***ist and ****** remarks towards her. She then proceeded to back out and go to Tiger Wheel and Tyre in Modimole for excellent service. I am only writing this review now as I contacted HiQ HR direct and they did not have the professionalism to contact me back its been 11 days with not a word. Poor customer service and terrible communications don't waste your time or money on this company. HiQ you should be ashamed of your business.
