Hi Q unqualified

My Hi-Q experience Feb or March 2021 I did 4 wheels balancing on my car by Hi-Q. I had Firestone tyres and they said tyres aren’t very good. Well, I left and started getting heavy vibrations on the freeway. My family said this is not normal but I was so busy those days and carried on 2 or 3 weeks like that. On the 3rd or 4th week I went to super tyres for tyre balance and they told left back lock nut is missing and left both wheel nuts were loose and Car logo is missing. I was shocked, lucky enough never met an accident due to self winding wheel nuts. I went back to Hi-Q to complain and they didn’t even bother to hear me, rather may be some ***** was trying to ***** the wheels. I had a second shock, at least a sorry from Hi-Q could have helped. Guys I warn you these businesses can put our lives in danger for their small or big profits. Must accidents are related with tyres which many don’t understand afterwards. Please watch out.
