Hi Q shocking service

Hi Q Edenvale- bought 4 tyres (inferior quality they recommended) 3 months later 2 are worn through to the metal and we have a blow out on the third tyre in Beaufort west luckily avoiding wiping out our family- we replace tyres in Beaufort West (there is NO Hi Q dealership in Beaufort West) Edenvale branch day they will cover the blown tyre through the offered insurance. Their insurance say No replacement as it wasn’t done at HI Q????Obviously the Edenvale branch abdicate responsibility......*******! Loopholes! I wouldn’t use or recommend them ever again .....by the way this process took 3 months without them ever contacting me, if I didn’t go to them they had no interest in helping/sorting the issue.
