Hi-Q Phalaborwa refuses to pay damages

On 13/10/17 I bought a tire from Hi-Q which thy fitted on my rim and then fitted it onto my pick-up. Since then I havent drove much with it. On 18/10/17 I went out of town to drop people at a working site, on my way back to town to see other clients, the whole wheel came off (they same one they fitted,ment they havent fastened it properly), my pick-up landed on my mag rim and span out 3 times before I came to a halt. damaging my rim and broke 1 wheel and left the other 5 bended. Went back to Hi-Q that day and didnt find the manager so they guys there told me to come back the next morning. Went back the next morning and stoot outside waiting for him, his WIFE came out and started swearing and shouted at me and told me 'I bumped my rim' which did not happen and then she went home to fetch the manager then he came and also started swearing and shouted at me and threatened his will go and open a case at the police station against me for shouting at his clients and chasing them away. I didnt even spoke to one of them. I was on my phone most of the time while waiting. And this isnt the first time I've heard of the complains about this branch, other people told me, warned me actually not to go there because of the manager and the service they give. I've heard multiple complains, not thightening spares, not putting tires on correctly, very bad service, unfit to the clients. Really hope there will something done about this
