Hi Q. Nelspruit too slow

I am posting this after repeated slow service at Hi Q Nelspruit. After being to Hi Q Nelspruit previously for a tyre repair I took my spouse's vehicle to have a faulty trailer light connection repaired. As I am writing this I have been waiting for close on 2 hours to have it repaired after it was promised to take only 1 hour. They are very slow even with tyre repair, if you want fast efficient service go elsewhere
