HI Q email

WE TOOK MY CAR TO hI Q They said was the inner CVS which we replaced, we got the car back and was still making the same noise .i took the car back x .they took out the gear box to have that looked at. Which turned out to be nothing wrong have the report. When HI Q put the gearbox back,they damaged ,the gear box. They damaged the seal which caused oil leak which caused the release bearing to go. The manager at Hi who has since left ,admitted that they had misdiagnosed the problem. The Mileage on my car was only about 55000 i had to have the damage that Hi q Cased fixed at great expense. Yet the owner of Hi q does not want to help. i had to have the gear box fixed at my expense and my car is still not fixed because Hi Q misdiagnosed the problem and replaced parts that there was nothing wrong with., The owner is not intreasted in helping .We emailed the headoffice via the website and no response .i have delt with Hi q Before at other branches and had excellent service. The owner clearly has a no car attitude.
