Hi-Q Dastek put my life in danger by not changing my shocks properly after the second time

2019/04/02 I Took my Toyota Fortuner to Hi-Q Dastek Waterkloof to replace my shocks with Monroe shock. The manager is Riaan and he assured me that he checked it himself.

2019/04/03 A Day after, I took it back to Riaan and showed him that the RIGHT Rubber mounting on top of the strut were the coil is seated was not fitted properly and got damaged, and NONE of the rubber bushes on any of the x4 shocks was greased. Between the all round "sqeeking" noise it sounded as if my Right front wheel will fall off. I Do a lot of Highway driving and off-road 4x4 driving, my life is in danger if this is not fitted properly, this is why I took it to HI-Q dastek Waterkloof. They Fixed it with Riaan's "own personnel stamp of approval" as he assured me, and even delivered me Fortuner.

2019/04/11 I Phoned Riaan again to inform him that there is a cracking noise, now on my LEFT front side each time I put some pressure onto it or if someone gets into the Passenger side, but I can't figure out were it is and its driving me mad. 2019/04/14 I realized that I need to find this problem fast because it is getting worse and worse. I Then came to the shocking realization that my LEFT front stabilizer arm's nuts are BOTH loose. This is the Cause of the cracking noise. MY question is....Who will take responsibility for me or my family's death if my wheel came of and caused an accident? And how do I know my life is not in danger do to the workmanship of HI-Q dastek Waterkloof that did not fasten all my bolts and nuts on my suspension? This is not the only case that I am aware of at that branch.

The problem is the following. I Am on training in JHB from 7AM to 5 PM Each day this week and then I Am driving to Kruger national park Friday morning 2Am. Al my relatives are aware of this, and if something happens to me or my family in the time and this is the cause, they most certainly know what steps to follow.
